On the road again, punk rock style.
First day of tour could have been so disappointing, but after an 8hr drive to Pensacola I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case.
We got there way early and were trying to find a camp ground to post up and cook, but no one told us a camp site is now $47, that’s a night at a hotel! So, starving we went to arbys.
Then we went back to the venue to hang out with some of the old folks in there and watch the first football game of the season.
Big surprise, the opening band never showed up, and we waited and waited and waited, and finally played. The crowd kicked ass and we had a blast. But bottom line of the night was we needed a place to plug in our AC and we needed a show for Friday night because our gig fell through.
But what do you know, we actually got both!
Slept in a bands driveway (Hello Crescendo) and woke up and drove to get coffee and spent the day at a doggie beach/park with the pups and the boys and then headed over to a house show that these really kind kids put together for us. I gotta say, that was the most fun I think I’ve ever had at a show. They were jumping so hard, the floor was caving in. I played the show in pajamas and it felt great to sweat and scream and jump around while playing in the middle of a pile of just awesome people.
We are all still glowing.
We just stopped at a rest area in Alabama to cook some lunch and brush our teeth and now we’re on our way to Hattiesburg.
I could run a marathon today.
Love
G.
Ps. We still could use a lot more gas money. Please donate some. <3

Hey we were glad to help you guys out. Sorry we couldn’t get up on the house show. We had to do some recording that was long overdue. Glad you guys had a good visit all in all. If you let us know in advance the next time and book a show, gas will be no problem!
